When Audi launched the high-end A8L model, how could they accurately target the high-end customer base? TenMax utilized its proprietary “Contextual Intelligent Insight (CII)” technology to conduct analysis of potential audiences and identify the best contexts for reaching the high-end customer segment. With the help of the “Creative Management Platform (CMP),” TenMax generated 2,500 combinations of creative materials, which were filtered using the Contextual Emotion Metric (CEM) to select the most effective ad creatives for communicating with high-end consumers. Audi’s promotional campaign successfully reached the high-end customers in Vietnam with highly impactful communication messages and advertising formats. The overall ad click-through rate (CTR) increased 8 times compared to the industry average, while ad costs were reduced by 90%.
